Refund & Exchange Policy
At Kada Boutique, every piece is created with intention, care, and the highest standards of craftsmanship. To preserve the integrity of our work and the trust of our community, we follow clear and considered guidelines for returns and exchanges. We invite you to review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Items
All Pre-Order purchases are final sale.
Each Pre-Order piece is produced in limited quantities, specifically reserved for our clients within our production queue. By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have reviewed the size chart and selected the appropriate size. We warmly welcome any sizing inquiries prior to purchase — please contact us with your child’s measurements before placing your order.
No exchanges, refunds, or size modifications are available on Pre-Order items once the order has been placed.

Ready-to-Ship Collection
Pieces from our Ready-to-Ship Collection are eligible for refund, size exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached
The item must be in its original packaging and original condition
The customer is responsible for return shipping
Refund Options
Store Credit — issued in full, with no additional fees applied
Size Exchange — issued in full, with no additional fees applied (customer covers any price difference if exchanging for a higher-value piece)
Refund to Original Payment Method — subject to a $10 restocking fee, which covers the cost of repackaging and processing. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days following the receipt and inspection of the return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send a written request to info@kada-boutique.com, including your order number and the desired outcome. Our team will respond with the return address and complete instructions.

Heirloom Cashmere Collection
Our Heirloom Cashmere is hand-crafted from the finest materials, designed to be treasured for generations. We stand behind every piece, and we want each Cashmere garment to find its perfect home.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer refunds, size exchanges, or store credit on Heirloom Cashmere pieces within 14 days of receipt, under the following conditions:
The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
The piece must be returned in its original dust bag or protective garment bag, when provided
The customer is responsible for return shipping
Refund Options
Store Credit — issued in full, with no additional fees applied
Size Exchange — issued in full, with no additional fees applied
Refund to Original Payment Method — subject to a $20 restocking fee, which covers the cost of repackaging and processing. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days following the receipt and inspection of the return.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in resalable condition. Cashmere pieces returned worn, washed, damaged, or with visible signs of use may be subject to a deduction of up to 20% of the item price, or refused entirely depending on condition. This fee applies only to the garment itself — outer shipping packaging is not required for return eligibility.
Final Sale on Cashmere
The following Cashmere items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned:
Custom or special orders, including monogrammed, personalized, and made-to-order pieces
Cashmere pieces sold through private member drops or limited Muse-tier capsules
Cashmere on Sale or Last Chance
Before You Order
Cashmere is a considered investment. We want every customer to feel entirely confident in her choice. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any sizing, color, or fabric inquiries prior to placing your order. Our team will personally guide you through the selection process to ensure the perfect piece for your little one.

The Umbrella Collection
Items from our Umbrella Collection are eligible for refund, size exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt, under the same terms as our Ready-to-Ship Collection:
Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
Returned in original packaging and condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping

Bamboo Bliss Collection
Due to hygiene and safety standards for sleepwear and baby garments, our Bamboo pajamas and zippies are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Bamboo dresses and non-sleepwear Bamboo pieces are eligible for refund, size exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt, under the same terms as our Ready-to-Ship Collection:
Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
Returned in original packaging and condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping
Refund to original payment method subject to a $10 restocking fee

Sale, Last Chance & Limited Items
All items marked Sale, Last Chance, Mystery Box, or sold through private member drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bundles, Sister Match & Promotional Offers
Many of our offers — including Sister Match, Twin Mom Privilege, Magic Club rewards, and seasonal promotions — are built around the purchase of multiple pieces together. We are pleased to honor families through these offers, and we believe in full transparency regarding how returns affect bundled purchases.
Partial Returns from a Bundle
When one or more pieces are returned from a bundle, the remaining order must still meet the original promotional criteria for the discount to remain valid.
If the bundle no longer meets the qualifying criteria, the original discount value will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.
Promotional Gifts
When a complimentary or discounted gift is included as part of a promotional offer, the gift item must be returned in its original condition alongside the purchased items. If the gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
This policy applies to all Kada bundles, including Sister Match, Twin Mom Privilege, free shipping promotions, and Magic Club member offers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect each piece with care before shipping. However, in the rare event that an order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the issue.

A brief note regarding the reason for the request
Upon receipt of your request, we will respond with the return shipping address and complete instructions. Please do not ship items prior to receiving authorization — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
